I. Preparation before the experiment:

1. Prepare the test sample.

2. Prepare the crucible (wiped clean).

3. Turn on the main power switch.

4. Open the "Industrial Analysis" program on the computer.

II. Weighing process:

1. Click "Start Experiment" (moisture, ash in water, ash in the operation box, volatile matter in the volatile matter operation box).

2. The instrument automatically weighs the mass of the first crucible and moves to the second crucible position.

3. Enter the number, click "Confirm", weigh the empty crucible mass, add the sample, click "Confirm", add or reduce the sample (prompt too much or too little sample), place the crucible, click confirm.

4. Repeat the process, after weighing all samples, click "End Weighing".

III. Moisture experiment process

1. Dry the sample according to the set time and temperature, when the drying time is up, weigh the sample mass to calculate moisture.

2. Check for dryness for 30 minutes, when the time is up, weigh the sample mass to calculate moisture.

IV. Ash experiment process

1. Burn the sample according to the set time and temperature, when the burning time is up, weigh the sample mass to calculate ash.

2. Check for dryness for 20 minutes, when the time is up, weigh the sample mass to calculate ash.

V. Volatile matter experiment process

1. Burn the sample according to the set time and temperature.

2. Wait for the crucible to cool down, weigh the sample mass to calculate volatile matter.

VI. Data saving and printing

1. After the measurement is completed, press "Save" or "Print" to save the measurement data or print the corresponding data as prompted.

VII. Shutdown:

1. After exiting the operating system, turn off the main unit, computer, and printer power in sequence.
